AML / Anti-Fraud Policy
Last updated 17 May 2026
Effective date 1 January 2026
AUVORA HOLDINGS LTD is committed to operating in a manner that prevents the Service from being used for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion. This policy outlines the controls we apply.
1. Payment processing
Payments are processed by regulated third-party payment service providers that operate their own AML, KYC, and fraud-prevention programmes in line with applicable law. We do not store full card numbers; settlement data is held by the relevant processor.
2. Transaction monitoring
We monitor account activity for indicators of fraud and abuse — including unusual purchase patterns, mismatched billing and access data, suspected card testing, and use of disposable or anonymising services that are inconsistent with normal use. Suspicious activity may result in additional verification, transaction blocks, or account suspension.
3. Sanctions screening
We do not knowingly provide the Service to individuals or entities listed on relevant sanctions lists, or in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. Where we identify such a connection, access is blocked and any payments are subject to review.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate charge without first contacting our support team is treated as a policy violation and may result in account suspension. Where a chargeback is confirmed as fraudulent, we may pursue recovery and report the activity to the payment processor and, where appropriate, to authorities.
5. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and may report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable AML legislation. We retain transaction records for the periods required by law.
6. Reporting
