Content Removal Policy

This policy describes how we remove content from the Service. Removal may be initiated by us, by the user who uploaded the content, or by a third party who submits a valid request. We aim to act on valid requests promptly and consistently.
1. Removal initiated by users
You can remove content you created — such as characters, chats, generated media, or library items — from within the Service. Removal makes content inaccessible to other users immediately and queues it for deletion from active systems within a reasonable period.
2. Removal initiated by us
We may remove content at our discretion when it violates our policies, presents a legal or safety risk, or is the subject of a credible removal request from a rights holder, an individual depicted, or a competent authority.
3. Requests by individuals depicted
If you believe content on the Service depicts you without your consent, or otherwise infringes your image rights, send a request to [email protected] containing: your full name and contact email; a description of the content; the URL(s); and a statement that you are the person depicted (or their authorised representative). We will review and, where the request is valid, remove the content.
4. Copyright notices
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
5. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement explaining why removal was incorrect. We will evaluate counter-notices in good faith.
6. Retention of removal records
We retain a record of removal actions, including a hash of removed media where appropriate, to prevent re-uploads and to comply with legal obligations.
