These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AUVORA HOLDINGS LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 489387, with registered address Kalymnou 1, 6037, Larnaca, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"). They govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access the Service. The Service contains adult, sexually explicit material and is intended exclusively for consenting adults. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that accessing such material is lawful where you live.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a risk to other users or to the Company.
3. Subscriptions, stars and payments
Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of stars. Pricing, billing cycles, and the features included in each plan are presented at checkout and may change from time to time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is otherwise prohibited under our Prohibited Content Policy. This includes, without limitation: depictions of minors in any context; non-consensual content; illegal content; impersonation of real people without their consent; and any attempt to bypass safety filters, scrape the platform at scale, or interfere with its operation.
5. User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (such as characters, prompts, and generated media). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to do so.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other media. AI output may be unexpected, inaccurate, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes. AI characters are fictional and do not represent real people or real opinions. You are responsible for how you use AI output, including any decision to download, share, or republish it.
7. Intellectual property
All software, design, branding, and content provided by us are owned by the Company or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe continued access would harm the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your settings.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred euros (EUR 100).
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
